All rentals are subject to Hawaii TOT (approximately 13.42%).
A 50% deposit will hold your reservation.
The balance plus TOT is due 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund without good cause if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival date.
Bookings within 30 days of stay shall be paid in full.
