Our company has two options. Option 1: The owner takes all bookings and collects the money. (Many of our customers have VRBO or other sites and like this method). This is the most cost efficient for you. We charge a small fee to care for your guests and watch over your unit. We would also handle all necessary repairs and cleaning. Cleaning fee applies to option 1. If we procure the guest, we would charge a 10% commission for that guest. Option 2: We handle and procure the guests for you. This has a 25% comission and there is no fee to care for your guests and watch over your unit. Cleaning your unit is also free with this option. If the owner procures the guest, we would wave the 25% commission for that guest. * REALTY 1 REAL ESTATE has experienced property managers and is dedicated to protecting your investment and delivering the best return.
